Little scriptural prayer I put together this morning for God's provision.

In nomine + Patris, et + Filii, et + Spiritus Sancti. Amen

Unless You build our house, Lord, we labor in vain. You have told us that we are blessed when we fear You and walk in your ways. (Ps 127-128) We aspire to live quietly, to mind our own affairs , and to work with our hands as You charged us, so that we may command the respect of outsiders and be dependent on nobody. (1 Thess 4:10) We believe that we will see Your goodness in the land of the living. (Ps 27:13) You have said that when we eat the labor of our hands, we shall be happy and it shall be well with us, that our children will be like peaceful olive shoots around our table, that thus shall we be blessed if we fear You, Lord God. (Ps 128:2-4) We wait for you, God, and in Your Word we hope. (Ps 130:5) For your righteousness' sake bring our souls out of trouble. (Ps 143:11)
Send your Holy Spirit to convict us of sin and renew us, for You bestow favor and honor, and no good thing do you withhold from those whose walk is blameless. (Ps 84:11) Remember Your promise that Your people will live in peaceful dwelling places, in secure homes, in undisturbed places of rest. (Is 32:18)
We believe that You will repay us for the years the locusts have eaten... that we will have plenty to eat, until we are full, and so we will praise the name of the Lord our God, who has worked wonders for us, for You have promised that never again will be ashamed. (Joel 2:24-26) Not that we are competent in ourselves to claim anything for ourselves, but our competence comes from You, O God. (2 Cor 3:5) For You have said: Give and will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together and running over, will be poured into our laps, for with the measure we use it will be measured to us. (Luke 6:38) When we have eaten and are satisfied, we will praise You, Lord, for the good land you will have given us. We will be careful not to forget you, not failing to observe your commands, for it is You who gives us the ability to produce wealth, and so confirm Your covenant, which You swore to our forefathers. (Deut 8:10-11,18)

Gloria + Patri, et + Filio, et + Spiritui Sancto. Sicut erat in principio, et nunc, et semper, et in saecula saeculorum. Amen.
