Don't forget to get a head start on your new year's resolutions this year, friends! Eat well, live well, be healthy and strong. Make good decisions, know when to say no. Most of all, take time for prayer, meditation and connecting God with your will through your body and soul each day, whether it be a quiet morning run, a hike, or a seriously awesome Ashtanga session like the one below.
Whatever it is you do, do it well and to the glory of God. Remember that the reason for the upcoming season is gratefulness in response to God's free gifts, especially the gift of Christ. Don't let Holiday stress, overeating, materialism or family fiascos get a foothold. Instead, be mindful of what lies ahead for you and take the time each day to live as you know you should... before things get out of hand!
