  2. Thanks! It was super yummy.
    We are eating whole grains for lent so I replaced most of the white flour with whole wheat in a basic French baguette recipe that we formed into one big round and a few small rounds. The hilarious part was my super southern Father in Law who had never seen artisan bread before but had been a baker in the Army. He kept telling me that there was something wrong with it because the crust was so crunchy. Then he tasted it... haha. :P
